Very poorly marked entrance to the hotel/parking. When I asked what time the breakfast closed they said just a minute I will explain everything to you. To respond "10" would have taken less time than saying I had to wait for the answer. Otherwise a nice hotel, nice breakfast.
The rooms were very spacious. The washroom were big and we had kinda like a 2 whole rooms. The TV was great. The breakfast was delicious. You have many choices to choose from and the staff were the nicest I've ever seen
I have stayed here several times over the last few years, and it is consistently a great choice. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, coffee (Cafe Incognito across the street is an excellent option) and the Capitol Theatre. It's a quick 15min walk from the via station, so if you're arriving by train or bus, it's easy to get to. The rooms are large, clean and modern. The breakfast is nice with ample hot and cold selections, including tortilla wraps, salsa and spinach if you want to turn your breakfast into a breakfast burrito. This is my first choice of hotel in downtown Moncton, and I've never had a bad experience.
Great service and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.Parking is free with the stay. Hotel was really well kept and is right down town.Our request for a crib/play pen was addresses promptly. The room was clean and modern.I would stay again and have no problem recommending you do the same.
It is a cute place for a suites-type hotel. It isn't very new, but really good location, nice bed and pillows, easy access to parking. The washroom is small with a small tub. Sink is outside the main washroom - which has its benefit and drawbacks, but we found it annoying especially if you have one person sleeping and another needing to wash hands. Breakfast is slightly below par in both quality and selection. Good service however overall and some good small things including free popcorn in the room and free grocery purchase service is you need it and if you are staying longer.
