Beautifully renovated. Only downfall was the bathroom. In one room was toilet and shower. To get to the sink you had to open the door and go across the way to an open spot. Other than that it was nice.

Nice place for an overnight! Good price and clean. Renovated recently.

So very pleased with the whole stay. Big thank you to the front desk for staying open late for our late arrival. We will be back for sure. Wish u had a pool haha.

The newly renovated Motel 6 was a great experience for our 2 large families. Check in/out was seamless. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Rooms were nice & functional for a motel. Food was also great at the bar. We would definitely rebook.

My review is actually a 3 1/2 stars. I booked back in July for the John Mellencamp concert in September but when I arrived they had no record of my reservation. Luckily I had my copy of it. They had an available room which was great. When I wanted to pay cash for the room they either wanted $200 cash or a major credit card for room deposit. Which is the norm, according to the clerk, but I told him that I didn't know this was their policy. The clerk stated that it was mentioned on their website. Which was fine. BUT when I presented my CHASE Visa (with Amazon rewards--which I have used before in motels) or Walmart Mastercard the clerk wouldn't even run the cards saying they couldn't accept them. So that left me with the money option. When travelling we do not like to carry much cash so that meant limited money we had on us. Good thing for ATMs. After travelling 3hrs, this incident just made me irate. When I got home I was ASSURED by Chase that if the clerk would have ran my card they would have found they could have used it and in the future to just call them if it ever happened again. I also checked their website and I couldn't find ANY info on this "deposit" issue. The only "policy" I found on the site was this "Check-in time is at 3:00 pm. Check-out time is at 11:00 am. All guests registering must be at least 18 years of age and must present valid picture identification. Credit card required at time of check-in. Credit card must match name of valid ID"-----which I DID have. The motel itself has a great location and the remodel is fantastic. Our room was clean, neat and filled with the amenities you would need for a quick overnight stay. The only suggestions I would have on the room is maybe space rugs for the fall/winter months as the floor may get cold and you may run into exhaust problems in the bathroom as there was no way to operate the exhaust fan (that I seen). Not sure if we will stay again but wished the morning clerk all the success on their reopen.
