Fantastic experience. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The hotel is very clean and the ammenties were great. We were only there for a night, but would definitely return should we be back in the area. Highly recommended! (Lost one star because one of the elevators was out of order)
Despite the fact that the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Moncton was sold out, you would not have known it - the hallways were quite and not a peep was heard throughout the night. Staff were exceptionally friendly, as they always are, and there was fresh hot popcorn! Breakfast was delicious and the space was not overcrowded. The pool was inviting, albeit a touch on the chilly side. The slide had a knack of shutting the water off to the slide which was inconvenient to my 8 y/o but for the most part it was a blast. Definitely recommend and we WILL definitely stay here again. The Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton chain is one my family and I trust and go out of our way to stay at!
Service and staff super friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, hot breakfast buffet great idea. Decor warm and welcoming. Nice touches - cookies in lobby, car wash station. Pool small but fun with great little waterslide. If we need to, we will be back!
A very nice hotel right off the highway in Moncton NB. We stayed in a King Suite. Rm 222 and I must say the accommodations were great. A kitchenette style area as you entered the room with a full size sink and coffee pot a bar fridge and a living room area with a pullout bed in the couch. A desk area and nice size flat screen TV. A nice large closet and an extended vanity outside the bathroom. And of course a great king bed to flop on. Lots of room and very clean and quiet as well. The pool and gym were a bit small for me but OK for kids. The complimentary hot breakfast was good. A good mix of fruit, breads, bagels, muffins, cereals as well as ham, omelets and do it yourself waffles. The waffles were a big hit I think. oh and the coffee was great. The front desk service was great as well. We will definately be staying here again.
My husband and I got married about 3 weeks ago in Moncton and we had our guests stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Moncton the weekend of our wedding. The staff was amazing! They were very helpful, polite, courteous, and patient. The night of our wedding, the staff treated us to a nice surprise upon our arrival. We would like to personally thank Ann Williams and Chelsie Liddle who went above and beyond to make our experience an enjoyable one. Thank you! Thank you!
