Awesome experience!!The two employees working;(A girl and a guy named Max)They were so nice and happy... helped us with everything and also showed us an easier way back home. They also helped us fix our car since it was bouncing around on the trailer for 17 hours. I will definitely be going back to this location if I move again.
I totally got conned getting a hitch installed on my VW Tiguan. They assured me I only had to take it to a VW dealer to activate the lighting. Also told me the module was already on the vehicle. Wrong on both accounts. The wrong size ball was installed but thankfully I noticed that prior to leaving the lot. Not so with the draw bar, I had requested a longer one, they didn't get that right either. Very sloppy especially when the work order was right in front of them. They even initially told me they had installed on a Tiguan before - I highly doubt that. I called and left a detailed message for the installer and he never got back to me. I traveled over 350 kms to get this job done. I ended up taking it to VW to get things in working order. Should have stuck with the dealership in the first place even though the quote was almost three times more. Lesson learned.
Had to take my business elsewhere, great customer service but their debit / credit card machine doesn't work, couldn't give them any money, their equipment wouldn't take it, very frustrating
