Excellent customer service. The assistant manager was very helpful, and booking was made quick and easy.
Awful, just awful. I ordered a U-haul at 9:30 AM. I didn't ever receive a call ? I called every hour and they said that they did not have any trucks available. So I went in around 3pm. The entire lot was full of trucks, so I went in.. there was no line, but yet I had to wait almost 20 minutes just for them to get the right key. When I was finally allowed to get the truck, they had the wrong one . So had to wait more. For them to get the other keys to the correct truck. .
Was helpful got only the things I required for the move no pressure to rent truck or trailer from them. They even carried my purchase to my car for me.
