I have been a client of Nakai Spa for over 1 year, and all I can say is that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I love how clean the shop is, and the relaxing atmosphere really adds to the experience. Amber is a great hair stylist and every time I go see her, my hair and beard look great. I highly recommend this salon!

If you like spa treatment, this is where you should go if you are in Moncton! So relaxing, the girls know what they are doing. And they offer the best quality in esthetics services. The fact that they use Aveda products make the experience just perfect!
Really disorganized scheduling. Made and appt for 5:30 - showed up and they told me they wouldn't have a hairdresser available till 8pm. Sloppy hair cut. Felt that the hairdresser was rushing and it shows! Really disappointing for a spa that is supposed to be a pampering experience...
Maybe a nice place to go have services done as I'm sure they have great workers however, firing a pregnant woman that had been there for 3.5 years right before Christmas that is as low as you can go. Doesn't say much for them as a business in my opinion. Better off taking your business some place else to a company that values their employees. I would love to read your code of conduct . I've known her for 20 plus years and is one of the kindest most sincere people I've ever met and I'm sure that most that know her would say the same. Is there any place in your code of conduct about work place harassment and bullying by management ? Probably not. Shame on you. Enough said.
