Amazing service and quality product. I live in Nova Scotia and needed a pair of Birkenstocks for work. After calling numerous businesses locally with no luck. I made the trip to Moncton. They ordered shoes for me which sadly were the wrong size. They re-ordered and then were good enough to send them to my home when they arrived. I will return to this business for all my needs and strongly recommend them to co-workers.
Besides having a beautiful selection of quality shoes, the repair shop is the icing on the cake. I've had shoes stretched, eyelets repaired and handles put on different things over the years. The repair staff is accommodating and professional, and the work is solid.I appreciate the convenient parking.
Service shoe repair is one of the few places in town where I consistently find shoes that fit like a glove. Couple this with the excellent services offered on top of shoe sales and the absolutely incredible customer service and you have what is, in my opinion, the best shoe store and shoe repair outlet in moncton.
