Events outside the control of Ermen Plumbing led me to become unhappy with the service I was provided. After posting a review, I was immediately contacted by Ermen Plumbing, who apologized and provided a full refund.
Called them up for some replacement cartridges, were able to help me out, also even provided me through another contractor with a retainer clip I lost.Friendly people that wanted to help. Thanks again Ermen.
