All too often people share their bad experiences and are quick to give a business a bad review. One of my pet peeves is when someone receives exemplary service nobody hears about it. Well I'm writing this review because I had an amazing experience at this store and customer service that went above and beyond. I decided to stop in here for the first time as I'm getting married in 4 months and needed a wedding dress. I had been putting it off because I was not looking forward to it. I don't enjoy shopping and I don't wear dresses. lolThe owner ( Karen ) greeted me at the door and we started chatting. I explained why I was there and she asked me what type of dress I had in mind. I watched in amazement as she ran around pulling a dress here and there from racks filled with gowns. Within minutes she had at least 10 dresses and they all looked exactly like what I was looking for ! Forty five minutes later I was walking out the door with a wedding dress I loved that was brand new and cost me MUCH less than I anticipated !The very next day I returned with my daughter to look for a maid of honour dress. Karen sprang into action yet again and this time 30 minutes later we were walking out with a gorgeous dress for her, a hair piece for me, and two tuxedos for my dogs at an unbelievably good price ! I can't say enough about this place. I'm not sure I'll ever shop anywhere else again! Thank you so much Karen :)
I was in a bind and needed a formal dress for dinner that was last minute. As a plus size woman it is already hard to find a decent selection of clothes in the Moncton area however if you are looking for formal dresses for really good prices then please check out this place. The staff are really helpful and honest and they even know somebody that can adjust your dress for you :-)
Found a beautiful wedding dress at a great price, exactly what I was looking for . As well as a flower girl/ bridesmaid dress at a good price as well. Very good customer service and very friendly people. Im happy with the end result :) highly recommended
I had the best experience finding my wedding dress at this store! I had the best customer service I have ever experienced! The lady behind the counter helped me find and try on wedding dresses by literally running up and down the stairs a bunch of times to help customers downstairs in between tying my dresses for me. She was not the wedding consultant and did not need to go out of her way to help me find the dress of my dreams but she understood how I stressed I was with less than two months before my wedding date! I cannot thank her enough for telling me her honest opinions and no pressuring or high pitched sales. It was much different than most bridal stores I have visited. Thanks so much!! I cant wait to wear it on my special day
Great little shop! Super friendly and they make sure you're happy. I bought my wedding dress here, absolutely gorgeous and for a steal of a deal! I'll definitely be going back for my bridesmaid dresses :)
