Six months ago I would have given Sears insurance 5 stars. Now, not so much. Zero would be a better number. After a ten year (approximate) relationship of paying home insurance, auto insurance, and even at one point business insurance I have been terminated because apparently I was sent out a renewal letter with an amount and withdraw date change from my bank account. Well it didnt go through because I had no idea of the change. Nothing arrived in the mail. The termination letter did. Not a phone call from Sears. Nothing! There were happy to hang me out to dry. To say I am angry after a ten year relationship is an understatement. Any problems in your relationship with Sears, just remember it is you not them. Thank you Sears

I have had them for 20 years (under different names) and they were the least expensive. Rates kept going up by almost 5.00 a year but no changes. No claims. I called to ask them several times over the years for other options but no one would call me back and I forgot about it switching. Same when I went to cancel with them. No one would call me back, ever. Sad really. I switched to a cheaper insurance company.
I have the best price on auto insurance.
